What: Special 30min swim practices at the pool oriented for triathlete swimmers. (orientation, passing buoy, passing other swimmer, mass swimming, continuous swimming etc...) For who: These sessions are open and free for any swimmer of NMSC (triathletes and/or swimmer) who are interested in practicing some triathlon exercises and/or in changing their usual swim routine.
